i've been a bit of a health nut my whole life, raised vegetarian, and went vegan in high school. Heard about raw foods through David wolfe's "eating for beauty" my senior year of high school but it wasnt until i read Natalia Rose's books that i was able to transition to a very high raw diet over the last couple of years..

thank you for the compliment. I think it comes from belly dancing which I do occasionally. I do Pilates once a week, hike tons. Really I don't have any serious work out, just play and reap the benefits from that. I think the raw food plays a big role too. I tend to be on the lean side and have to make sure I get a good dose of healthy fats in my diet. I'm telling u, try belly dancing, and your stomach will feel it more than any sit up, laugh.
Hey sorry it took me a while to get back to you. Yes, I met with Natalia and know her through GIl Jacobs, I see him once a week, sometimes once every other depending on my hectic schedule and how I am feeling. I totally needed it regularly in the beginning, he's the best, truly, I would be so sick without him. Well, I don’t know if you definitely need a treatment every week because it seems as if you may be transitioning at a slower rate given the added protein fish, chix etc. to the diet this may be a good and bad thing, how do you feel? Totally judge it by your state of wellness and vibrational capacity, you will just know. Are you sluggish or light? Are you thinner than normal; are you regular, retaining water etc? You have to learn to know yourself, this is what I have found is the key in taking control of my health. Knowing when to fast and when to have veggies or something cooked, it all takes time though, patience, love of yourself.

wwoofing was incredible! I wwoofed for about 3 months in CA a few years ago. I met AMAZING people and learned a lot. over the time span i worked at two very different places that i found through wwoof, first a mulberry/carob farm in ojai and then a hostel/plum orchard. both were great in their own ways but different in work exchange approach (different tasks, expectations, etc). where are you thinking of wwoofing? I highly recommend it! i was initially traveling alone but met folks along the way whom i traveled with. i've been strongly considering wwoofing again this spring, going across country farming feels like what should be doing right now..

Mr Monarch has TWO important questions for Victoria... Are you 100% Raw and if so, why do you carry extra weight?
YEP! ...
Have you tried hicheya Persimmons?
Be sure they are super-mushy ripe.
Just cut the top off and spoon out the lusciousness.

The diet is mostly cultured, raw veggies and non-starchy veggies. The remaining 20% consists of either a protein or a starch (but never eaten together).
It's strict in many ways. The goal of the diet is to not feed yeast in the colon, and to heal...
thanks! I didn't know that. I grow mungs, but they never get past the 3/4" stage. I'm going to experiment with growing them as you do.....sounds like a great variation!
Thanks for that Foxy!
Here is another video where a scientist talks about his work sampling ice cores that shows elevated levels of cosmic dust in the polar ice caps. Iridium and gold is at a lot higher in the cores.
I should clarify. I am not vegan, and I eat a very, very, very strict diet (The Body Ecology Diet). If I don't follow this diet, I don't stay this skinny--or healthy. I went on this diet for health reasons; it's the only diet that has really helpe...
