Love Sergei and his whole family. "Green for Life" by Victoria Boutenko (Sergei's Mom) is one of our family's favorite books. My teenagers enjoy a "green smoothie" every morning for breakfast before school. My Kids will enjoy this video.
Great idea, that sounds exciting! Maybe you could record it and post the video online? I would love to see this ultimate blender showsdown. :-)
I know the VitaMix is ridiculously expensive in Europe...but the machine delivers! I've had mine for o...
Adapting a raw & living foods lifestyle completely changed my life. Never before have things made so much sense in mind and heart. I continue to be amazed at this wonderful world and life's experience. I love to educate and help others grow and being a raw food chef & instructor I'm excited to be part of the rawvolution. :-)
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
I feel that deep within each of us lies an enormous potential. I'd like to achieve my full potential and love to hear other people's experiences. How they discovered raw foods, what they struggle with, how they optimized their lifestyle, and how they interact with others in this cooked world.

That's a really good idea, to organise a potluck. I've been seaching the GITMR and have found three more Swedes here, that's exellent! I have been thinking about making flyers and hand out (or to market in some other way) a raw gathering at a cheep price to awaken peoples interrest. I'd be nice to have local friend within an hours travel time. How scattered are your raw friends?
Sorry your investor backed out, yet I know when the time is right you'll find a new. So this gives you some more time to develop the concept and the recipes and make it even better :)
Since I'm kind of new to raw food I haven't really investigated the raw scene here yet. I belive the is a raw retreat somewhere north of Stockholm and also I know the is a raw food "factory" in Stockholm who makes take-aways and sell at local stores and at their own place. In Motala where I live (at the shore of the lake Vättern) the is an infinite raw scene. I belive I'm all alone... :( ...yet I know that will change. A good thing about Sweden thou is that you can always get a fresh sallad and a lot of people do at least once a day. And most people I know like to have a sallad along with their cooked food. So it's not as bad as GB or US.
Lara bars are not naked because raw almonds are all pasteurized I am sure
I had the bulk section cacao goji bar the other day cause I went into a coop with my friend
