yes - I also eat about a head of kale a day - sometimes two ... and oh my juicing the stems - super powerful. We are so blessed to have several raw places in the so. ca area ... and it really depends on what I am in the mood for ... and they all offer such unique tastes, flavors, atmospheres .. etc. So no longer in the OC eh .. what part of SO CA are you in?? YES blueberries - berries are one fruit that most agree on are an amazing / healthy food - in terms of fruits.
