I just started the raw food lifestyle. I have always been passionate about health and recently have became hooked on the raw food lifestyle. I was vegan for about a year, but I didn't feel that great. That has changed so much since going raw. I feel so alive! I love learning new recipes and information on eating this way and I plan to continue eating raw for my entire life.
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
Anything helps. I've always had a hard time sticking to a fitness routine so any support there would be awesome! Transition advice would also be great!

Hola bonita senorita :) i was in mexico for 2 weeks it was really nice not a day where the sun didnt shine the whole time, even got a little burnt :) but i loved it we had so much fun i miss the ocean. i think we both need to move somewhere tropical take a ride on the easy life. :)
nice i never actually saw any real sea turtles, but i went scuba diving(saw lots of whales on the way to and from), ATVing through the jungle to a agava plantation , kayaking to dolphins, horse back riding on the beach, got dragged fishing :( but we ended up watching whales half the time, saw the circus, and got dragged to a bullfight lol discusting :(, skidooed on the ocean, and biked around the city a little bit. we had lots of fun there was only 2 days we stayed as beach bums even those days we ended up digging and making a huge pile (tryed to make a sand sea turtle) and the next day we made a giant hole on the beach lol
the food was good most of the time just not all of the time, i ended up eating basically nothing but fruit, papya, banana, pineapple, aguava, watermelon, and some guakamole, salsa and salad. some nights though the resort didnt serve anything raw but they always had vedgie or fruit displays i ended up eating out of (they didnt really like that) :). i had to leave the resort to go get coconuts and i never found any restaurants that served any good raw foods most stuff was cooked the hellout of lol but i still had lots to eat i guess :) i think i might have lost a bit of weight though...
lol you sound like your doing fine with school only a few more months :) then what are you doing for summer?
i have a few raw food receipe books, im not sure if i should recomend them i think theres probably better ones i havent even looked at mine in like a year lol. lots of receipes call for a vitamix, and/or a dehydrator. i wouldnt mind learning how to make proper raw icecream, i failed at it 5 times before i made one good batch of coconut chocolate icecream.

Yeah! I have been getting into apples big time, and discovering new ones that I have not tried before like the Honey Crisps! I always like the Gala too great for raw recipes!
Thank you for your positive words everyone. I've been raw for 8 months and it was simply dissappointing to have gone through such a binge! Besides I felt physically awful!
Onward we march from here! lol
