- About Me:
- I am a masseur, musician, mother and soon-to-be Yoga teacher. Canadian by birth, european by residence, planetary in perspective, nationality is not part of my identity. That said, the tolerance and kindness that we learn in Canada will never leave me. I dream a lot, work hard and don't give up easily. I juggle too many balls at once and enjoy doing it. I believe in being impeccable, not perfect. I loath hypocrisy. I believe in the goodness of Man, that order exists in the Universe and that the world is unfolding as it should.
- How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
- I've been on a high-raw diet for 2 months now. After 20+ years as a strict and conscious vegetarian, I have jumped up to the higher plane. I'd gotten almost used to the relative isolation that my lifestyle produces - I live in a country where ham and cigarettes are lifestyle choices - but now feel a strong need of community to encourage me in my new path, keep me strong and focused and most of all to help me remember how joyful and positive this change is.

- Hey there! My name is Rachel Rose too!! LOL except that Rose is my middle name. My last name is Chrissluis- Greek but made to sound more american when my great-granddad came to Ellis Island. Anywho there is another Rachel Rose who is raw from the North Central USA. Yep, first and last name :) middle name Helene I believe. Do you have a middle name? So nice to meet another Rachel Rose! I am also a huge cycling fan- pretty much my obsession except that I have been doing only indoor cycling for the past year- cant wait to get back out on the pavement now that the weather is getting nicer in the northeastern USA. Well, I hope you had a lovely weekend :)

Part 1: I have used Liquid Zeolites for detoxing lead from doing stained glass art for a few years and MSM for ease of movement in the joints. Both worked great.

This has always been one of my healthier alternatives. However, usually our pizzas were done on French bread. Not the best healthy food mind you, but much better than restaurant pizzas!

I joined this program a few months ago and it includes a pass to see him in Costa Mesa, California (near Los Angeles, the City of Angels thankfully)...
