- Ahh! Out of the seven glorious Potter books, you've only read 1? Blasphemy ;) How far along are you in the book? It's so good, I started crying at the end like a madwoman and went through an entire box of tissues. J.K Rowling is one of my heroes, she lived on welfare and suffered from depression, yet in a decade turned her life around and became one of the most famous authors in the world.

I don't think our soil has nearly the same trace mineral concentration, so I think unrefined salt can be helpful. The seawater example doesn't fly because, like any substance, what is good in small amounts can be bad in large amounts.
