Vibrational beings :)
Thanks for the warm words and encouragement. Yeah, I feel very fortunate to be in this position to indulge. (my money infusion is unfortunately from a death in the family last year, but everything in it's time. And I send a heartfelt thank you to my aunt every morning as I create this nutrient bomb)
I spoon stir in the E3 with a squirt of "Concentrace Liquid Mineral" at the very end -- no blender. Although, I too have mixed a few tablespoons into small amounts of water too. It's all good!
Best wishes for your wellness too dear PLA : )

In regard to regrowing bone. Some things that come to mind are algaes. I hear david wolfe in a talk once mention how algaes, especially blue green algae, contain stem cell rejuvenation and growth factors. He was recommending this for regrowing parts on the body. It may have been tissue though so results with bone may be different. Also check out this audio on someone regrowing part of there thumb with chia, msm, camu camu combo http://radicalhealth.com/av/2008/07/15/2008-07-15-21-chia-power.mp3. Again this is tissue which might behave differently to bone in terms of regrowth. Also check out deer antle extract, Daniel Vitalis is selling this right now. Ive read stories about this beeing able to re-generate bone.
Also all the usual things like high silicon/magnesium/calcium foods which im pretty sure you know about. Horsetail, nettle, oatstraw etc etc
Hope this helps. Maybe should have sent this in a private message, pretty big lol
