I curretnly attend K-State's Drama Therapy program. In terms of my diet, I have shifted my eating habits around in the last 10 or so years - back and forth generally between vegetarian (non dairy) to my meat and potato "roots" developed via my family of origin. I am uncovering more directly now my desire to eat more living foods in order to support my health and consciousness so that I may support others more fully...

green smoothie with Kale, berries, banana, flax seeds and almond milk
By the way, green smoothies are GREAT!!!!! I think any way you can add greens to your diet rocks!
Do you eat kale salads? One of my favorite greens. Here's a salad idea:
2 bunches of dino kale, despined and torn
1 t salt
1 lemon
Pour the lemon and salt on the kale and massage. It should look wilted when you are finished.
Add red bell pepper, 1/4 c pine nuts and some olives, oh and a couple of T of olive oil.
Well, I understand part of your journey. My fear isn't food, but other things. I think life is all about moving through our fears. Yikes! Yep, I love my dehydrator. I've been making pizza crusts now. Yummy, making cheeze and marinara sauce as well.
Pilar, be easy on yourself. Let me know how I can support you on this journey.
Hi Pilar. I just found your add request. Thank you. I have a sister in Manhattan. She worked for the IAJE until just this month. Do you have much support in Manhattan? Hope you can make it to a KC Meetup potluck sometime soon.
