- Dear friends and pioneers of the coming era!
My name is Pierre Durrani, 37 yrs of age, working as a Anthroposophical socialtherapist, NLP-master practitioner. I live in the little town of Järna just south of Stockholm in Sweden.
Married to the finest lady on planet Earth, Maria, since 8 yrs, having a 6 year young son named Alvin.
Loving to read, train, hang out in the wilderness, survival skills, spirituality-mindfullness, yoga.
Sources of spiritual inspiration right now in my life: Amazing Grace by David Wolfe, A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle, The Unfolding Self by Ralph Metzner, anything by Adyashanti, the poems of Rumi, the lifeprocess itself, my son and wife and my nightly and daily Dreamlife.
At the moment (oct 09) I have reduced my raw:ness to circa 75-85 % , the rest being vegan (without any grains, potatoes and the like). Coming close to 95-99% by time, not in a hurry, adjusting slowly. :)
Been mostly raw since the end of august 2008, and right now it feel sooo good. I'll probabaly - in sha' llâh - continue the rest of my life. Me and Maria are eating mostly raw vegan. Our son eat in between raw and paleodiet.

How long did 50lbs last you? A week? I would recommend that a person get some greens to go along with their bananas.. did you forage for any greens that week?
Wow Id like to hear more on this from other people as well. I am not sure where to get info on things like this either- I just know my personal experience with a low carb diet. I still believe in low carb for the most part but plant based live foo...
That is a good point Angus. I have found that a lot of fundamentalist religions accuse everyone else of worshiping the devil and it like a blind hysteria- like all these other people have a black bible in their house and secretely worship a statue...
