Peter,
I saw your post about your colon. I'll be thinking of you and sending you lots of love and also to your colon, that it will heal, and you will be well again and still have your colon. We were made with them for a reason, and I wish you many blessings as you find your way to health again. Latch onto a friend from here--ask them to talk/walk you through it. I know they would. You could find someone who will help you through all the decisions about what to eat first, etc. Go for it! There is no going back after having it cut out, but trying this first is only a positive possibility. Take care, and keep sending lots of love and joy and peace to your colon. I will be too. You might also check out Louise Hay's book Heal your body. I love her books.
