Yep, London still grim! Funny, but UBS called me about a job a few months ago. I didn't follow it up. I've done a little C# but kinda got stuck with my current project, feeling my way through it slowly. Java is my first love. I developed a trading system, and had to hook its ordering up with some ropey C#. yuk.
Oh Pete,
I was still working out how to get to Tracy's, but thought though her potluck was last Thursday.Ding!! I can't promise, but I will try to make it.
My butternut squash is soaking as we speak.
So Pete, you are a bit of a chef on the quiet too!!
I like that butternut squash soup. Nice and quick. There used to be a time in my life when a soup was an all day affair, soaking peas overnight, boiling meat for hours and then adding the stodge in. My friend said that the only reason I am raw, is because I can't be bothered to ,cook. Is that a compliment/insult?
I just smiled, observing while she served her 2 beautiful children white pasta with cheddar cheese, followed by some chocolate cereal bar. Of course she completely forgot that she was at the doctor's the day before with one of them who had another asthma attack. Hmmm
Chop half a butternut squash and soften it in warm water for 5 minutes. Meanwhile put a handful of coconut chips, a small banana, half a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of curry powder into your Vitamix. Add a clove of garlic if you like it. Then put the squash and water in, whizz for a couple fo minutes until smooth and warm.

neither wins because the world isn't fair- and we are constantly having to deal with it. the more conscious you are the more you see how unethical people rule the world and you can't wish them away by feeding your happiness with cacao. it's a fun ...
How long did 50lbs last you? A week? I would recommend that a person get some greens to go along with their bananas.. did you forage for any greens that week?
Wow Id like to hear more on this from other people as well. I am not sure where to get info on things like this either- I just know my personal experience with a low carb diet. I still believe in low carb for the most part but plant based live foo...
That is a good point Angus. I have found that a lot of fundamentalist religions accuse everyone else of worshiping the devil and it like a blind hysteria- like all these other people have a black bible in their house and secretely worship a statue...

Yeah really that was just my negative response to Arnold Ehret's book from an emotional standpoint. I just found it lacking in completion. There's good logic in it though.
