How prepare raw food in Balance and Harmony

It could be a smoothie, burger, pizza, ice cream, mushroom stroganoff well you mention it...
there was that time when whatever you did, end it up been just amazingly tasty...you could feel the balance and the harmony in every bite...

Are you crazy women? I love animals. I had frogs,fish,birds,cats, all at one time. My apartment was a zoo at one point. My cat at that time got hold of some of my love birds. Wasn't a pretty site.
