Good to see some other Melbournians here :-)
Hopefully I can meet some people at the next meetup. There is a big one today at the World Vegan day but I had other plans so can't make it. Next one though! Keep well.
Ah cool. I used to have family holidays at Rosebud caravan park. Im just up the beach from you in Aspendale. I am playing golf tomorrow down at National GC at Cape Shank...not too far from you. Are you on facebook at all?
Hi Peach Princess, sorry for the late response. It has been a very long time since I last logged in. I haven't been sticking to the raw food lately. I'm hoping to get back on it again soon. I've at least gotten back to doing a raw green smoothie in the morning. That's a start!
I spend time down there most summers as we have a family holiday home at Rye. I was just there a few weeks ago. Do you know where to get organic fruit down there? I heard there was a place on Old Cape Shank road but couldn't find it. I've only been to 1 meetup and intend to go to more but always have something that clashes. It's all gourmet but the people seem nice. I've been raw in the past and found it hard but 811 is easy in comparison. Good to hear you two are having success building muscle. I'm on the same quest and am gaining but it's a long road for me as I'm really skinny! I actually just got an email about it from Doug as he is helping do so. I love this way of eating and it's great to know there's two more of us here!
Hey! Im great how about you? Where abouts in Melbourne are you? I'm in Carlton North. I see you're intrested in 80/10/10 which is cool as there are hardly any of us here in Melbourne, not even a handful. I tend to frequent this new site more than here which is just for 811ers. It's called 30 bananas a day and the address is http://arawconnection.ning.com/ Lots of good info and support if you're into the low fat raw vegan path.
Cheers,
Stephen
since I find no reason to believe in 'allergies' against 'natural' appropriate stuff, I would think it's more likely just the fact that pineapple if bought in store is pretty much always unripe. Not that it matters to the situation perhaps.
...but...
Nicolas have you ever had a pineapple that does not give symptoms. In my experience around these hoods where we are there are practically no ripe pineapples..or perhaps a few dunno
Yes ma'am. Resting as completely as possible with eyes closed; getting enough water; avoiding too much sun; avoiding toxic substances (personal care products, cleaning products, etc.)
I enjoy writing about the deepest darkest secrets of my heart, about things I dont want to share with anyone..or lack the guts to share. Love letters mostly, but not always. If I have a dream I want to remember Ill write it down.
Come on woman! No time like the present! We may now have one more spot for our March 20 to May 22 internship session; this is truly a life-changing program and an amazing bargain...
Thanks Priyam! You are very kind and generous with your appreciation, and I appreciate the specificity. I agree with you completely that fasting is generally very poorly understood, mostly feared, and almost always avoided.

Hey Michele! We fast 8-10 people per year for 6 weeks and most of them have amazing experiences. Incidentally, though some people imagine there's a need to "work up" to a long fast like this, many are fasting this long for the first time; in fact,...
We dont want organic pasteurized, that is the same as conventional to us. Its been treated with something to kill it because that it what people do kill beautiful things it seems. Dead people.
