I loovee young coconut, pineapple, watermelon, barley juices and smoothies. And here's one of my favourite sweet recipes: sunflower sweet spread: 3 cups of sunflower ( which we left throught the night in water), cup of dates, 1/2cup of coconut chips, some pieces favourite fruit (I usually use banana, apple, orange or some berries), teaspoon of cinnamon, vanilla or cacao powder- how you like it. To blend it all and it's ready to eat! :)

I'd lived in few countries and I love to travel. Currently though, I live in north-western part of Poland, close to Szczecin, but that'll change when I'll get a job. If everything goes right, my next destination might be Dusseldorf, Germany. I've just had my job interview today. Gorąco pozdrawiam :)
PS. I love slovakian language, it's the nicest thing to hear. I'd worked with some Slovakian people and I have all good memories
Hey, thanks for adding me to your friends. You've got some fab photos here. Saw them all and must say you're definitely talented artist. But I can't figure it out - you were born in Poland, currently live in Slovakia, but have skandinavian name? If I got it right then this is very interesting mix :) have a great day!
My pleasure! But you could not recognize scandinavia at the moment, we went directly from spring rain to iberian heat, it feels like being in Andalusia. =)
So, how is life, any grand summer plans+
I would encourage you to eat oranges instead Vampi. Whole food is always best. Oranges are a perfect food; lots of sugar, and lots of fiber to slow down the absorption into the blood stream. Take out all the fiber and you've got a blood sugar spik...
since I find no reason to believe in 'allergies' against 'natural' appropriate stuff, I would think it's more likely just the fact that pineapple if bought in store is pretty much always unripe. Not that it matters to the situation perhaps.
...but...
Nicolas have you ever had a pineapple that does not give symptoms. In my experience around these hoods where we are there are practically no ripe pineapples..or perhaps a few dunno
Yes ma'am. Resting as completely as possible with eyes closed; getting enough water; avoiding too much sun; avoiding toxic substances (personal care products, cleaning products, etc.)
I enjoy writing about the deepest darkest secrets of my heart, about things I dont want to share with anyone..or lack the guts to share. Love letters mostly, but not always. If I have a dream I want to remember Ill write it down.
Come on woman! No time like the present! We may now have one more spot for our March 20 to May 22 internship session; this is truly a life-changing program and an amazing bargain...
