i just poohed.
my sister ate too many bananas when she was little and poohed out raw banana undigesed...
they were probably really starchy bananas... eat them with lots of black spots... they're sugary then. much easier and better for you digestively and energe...
ha I saw my pre-raw ex-girl the other day, I had just polished off 15 bananas, surrounded by the skins...mortified.
Frozen, the ripening process is done I am afraid
Have you watched the Gerson Movie? It is great, there are kids with "incurable cancer" in the movie who are cured.

No Poo Attempt Failed
My second attempt at going "no poo" failed. I don't feel so bad about it though. I just can't stand the feeling of dirtiness. I didn't feel pretty when my hair is greasy and smelly :(
So I've decided that instead of letting go of shampoo, I will stop using my straighter or any form of heat on my hair. Basically, all I will be using is coconut oil for shine. That will be my only "styling product."

No Poo?
I've decided to try going no poo again (no shampoo) much to my parent's alarm haha. However, I don't really know how long it will take for my hair's natural oils to regulate themselves. My hair is looking and feeling pretty gross right now and it's only day 5 of using no products on it. The only thing I've been using is pure organic coconut oil on the ends. I guess what I need is advice :)

Too many bananas?
It's day five of 811 and I'm feeling great! However, I've been met with some resistance coming from friends and family who think that I've become way too extreme. This makes me sad because I'm super happy with my decision to go raw.

I've been limiting my use of shampoo, btw. I actually am experimenting with organic, natural chinese soaps for my shampoo. one is ginseng soap, and the other ones are rose and jasmine chinese soaps.
I'll let you know if my hair gets too dry or something.....

yeah that's good eh. i quite often get aggravated at little things - which if i actually think about - are bordering on humorous.
