Yesterday I ran out of fruit and vegetables. I don't have much money so I'm not sure exactly how I'm going to make this work for me but everyday I grow more and more repulsed by cooked foods and more drawn to a healthy raw food diet. I'm ready to go 100% vegan if not raw because every time I see cheese or milk I feel a similar feeling I have towards meat; disgust. Raw Vegan Day 1

I've finally decided to seriously take the plunge into raw veganism.
In August I was 100% raw vegan for 19 days but I went back to my sloppy vegetarian cooked diet. At least I've been vegetarian for over a year now. I'll never eat meat again, that's for sure, it disgusts me.

So far so good! I'll be focusing on being as close to 80/10/10 as possible but I won't stress about it too much. I'll make an effort to get in several mono meals as well.

One of my favorite recipes is nacho cheese on "nachos." It's super easy. Just take cashews- 2 handfuls plus one handful each of sundried tomatoes and red pepper plus a little onion in the blender with enough water to cover. Blend til smooth. You can add nutritional yeast to make it taste cheesier and jalepeno to make hotter. I add a little cayenne and sea salt. You can blend this til warm- about a minute and a half and pour over triangles of cabbage for the chips, or sliced tomatoes. Add avocado, chopped tomatoes and red onion to the top as well. Oh- you can use almond butter too instead of cashews.

Hi agree with Erin, everything she suggested is very similiar to wha ti have found. I am also seeing an accupuncturist and realize that we actually need cooked foods in our diet to support the spleen. Healing with whole foods is a great start..
