- Hi Paddy. Yea, I make a tea concoction with about 8 different herbs. I am working on some arthritis and inflammation issues with some comfrey and other herbs. I like the four that I get from Sunfood but it looks like they are out of the Chanca Piedra....will just have to wait til they come in. I make a big pot once a week then mix a bit with some warm water and lemon for my tea each day. I love it.
I think I found that site I was looking for....it was called Exotic Botanicals. I think it is one that BuddhaBaby referred me to.
