I don't want to be picking on anyone here either- I just think it is the belief that people\men can't get complete protein from a vegan\ raw vegan diet that is the problem here. It should be emphasized that they either think they need meat vs know...
Raw meat is more vital compared to raw egg IMO. There are different sources which offer different benefits(fish, beef, wild meats) that are easily obtainable which can help vary your diet. Although There are other sources of egg available to the pub...
Maybe you read my post to literally. By supplement I meant the containers of stuff you buy at health food stores. I meant unnatural as they are process. ex, crushing olives to collect thier extracted oils.I would rather get my nutrients from whole...
unnatural is a weird term because it doesn't really mean anything.
also humans don't process cell walls (plant cell walls) - so raw foodists in particular are prone to deficiencies in their diet - even when seemingly taking enough of a nutrient.

I've never said you can only get muscle building protein from animal products.I do agree that the animal protein is superior compared to vegan sources for building muscle. Animal protein is complete & easier to obtain.
There are some vegan source...
I think the reason is because women are more aware of their bodies than most men, but I feel like I am extremely aware of my body and state of being so it really depends on a person to person basis.
Also I would say that more than anything, peopl...

Hey, I wouldn't spend too much time in the cities, but definitely go to Hoi An, near Da Nang, it's supercute. It's where everyone gets their clothes tailored, every second shop is a tailor! Hire a bike and cycle out to the beach there. There's not many cars, it's pretty much a walking and cycling town. I didn't make it to Ha Long Bay which is near Ha Noi but it looks amazing and I'd definitely go there if I make it back to Vietnam again. And do visit the Reunification Palace in Ho Chi Minh City, that's pretty cool.
Hi, sorry for the slow reply to your comments, Wellington is pretty good for raw, not as good as Melbourne, but there is a good organic supermarket and 2 vege markets on Sundays. There is also an online shop for raw products at purewellbeing.com, they also host potlucks and talks. There's not many places to eat out and only a couple of juice bars, but you can usually find vegan things in most cafes or high raw dishes. It's a growing scene here I think.
since I find no reason to believe in 'allergies' against 'natural' appropriate stuff, I would think it's more likely just the fact that pineapple if bought in store is pretty much always unripe. Not that it matters to the situation perhaps.
...but...
Nicolas have you ever had a pineapple that does not give symptoms. In my experience around these hoods where we are there are practically no ripe pineapples..or perhaps a few dunno
Yes ma'am. Resting as completely as possible with eyes closed; getting enough water; avoiding too much sun; avoiding toxic substances (personal care products, cleaning products, etc.)
I enjoy writing about the deepest darkest secrets of my heart, about things I dont want to share with anyone..or lack the guts to share. Love letters mostly, but not always. If I have a dream I want to remember Ill write it down.

Thanks Priyam! You are very kind and generous with your appreciation, and I appreciate the specificity. I agree with you completely that fasting is generally very poorly understood, mostly feared, and almost always avoided.

Hey Michele! We fast 8-10 people per year for 6 weeks and most of them have amazing experiences. Incidentally, though some people imagine there's a need to "work up" to a long fast like this, many are fasting this long for the first time; in fact,...
