How long did 50lbs last you? A week? I would recommend that a person get some greens to go along with their bananas.. did you forage for any greens that week?

It is 20 minutes drive to the town which has a grocery store that sells organic food.
We'll be doing plenty of hippy stuff minus the drugs/alcohol and non grounded vibes
We'll be doing plenty of community stuff
Each member will become a PEACEFUL OWNER of the LAND

Durian Rider is right. He is probably frustrated sometimes because it is so simple and people don't listen and understand that it's actually just right.
The protein thing is a myth right?
The b12 thing is a myth too!
It's in my poo. It's in me. It's free for me to digest. Even if it wasn't I could get it elsewhere. Like someone special's vagina.

This is medical qigong, which is performed by a practitioner and can heal many illnesses/imbalances. I don't know about regular vision enhancement, though. Sungazing is reported to be good for strengthening vision
