Hi OmaKayuel, thanks for the drop by to say hiya I'm wondering whether you did the Amorya Quan Yin work whilst in Mt Shasta? I've been studying this style of energy healing for years and I"m very drawn to the plaedian lightwork healing. I had a friend who stayed a year in Mt Shasta to study with her.
My Nutbutter marinade 1/2 cup of raw macadamian nut butter and water (although you can use any nut butter here), 1/4 cup of nama shoya, 1/4 cup of agave or chopped dates, 1 clove of garlic (optional), 1 tspn of raw apple cider - blend all the ingredients and use over freshly sliced vegies and leave to marinade (its absolutely fabulous) yummmm.
