- Hey Olivia, Indonesia sounds like a plan I'm sure you'd enjoy judging from your photos! Honestly speaking, I haven't been to many places in Indonesia. You know when you're originate from a place, you tend to not explore? However, these are the top places you should visit: Bali & Lombok, Yogyakarta (for the Borobudur temples). - Wow that's awesome! I wonder if I know any of them. Raw food isn't big here. With such a cold climate (most of the year) its hard to commit to uncooked foods lol. But I'm sure you know something of that as London winters aren't too much fun I hear. I'm hoping the raw food movement will pick up here a little more with the raw festival being so close in AZ!

After the third or fourth day I seem to function better then when I am eating heavy meals. My last fast I was walking eveyday. I just feel great when I am fasting.

I have done a 40 day water fast before. So I guess for some people it miight be dangerous but it works for me. I do better on water then juice fasting.
