Aloha from Hawaii and Pangaia community. That looks like a lemmony variety of Annona Mucosa on your picture. We are growing it like crazy on the land here and looking for more varieties to sustain our passion. See about us at www. pangaia. cc

Hey Olive,
Thanks for the link - I haven't seen any as yet...
Yes, have also started growing my own greens so am well on my way. Seem to be quite reliant on avocadoes and bananas - do you find that?
I just bought a fruit like the one pictured in your photo - haven't had one before, though I take it you just cut it open and eat it? it looks and feels quite lethal .... from the outside :)
Have a good week!

Well we are not early man. Sitting on the computer typeing isn't natural. Not sure what being natural has to do with working out. Jumping rope at a moderate pace seems okay for someone out of shape or for a warm up. If you want it to be an effect...

I find it's quicker to make four cuts, scaling the outer skin equally then pulling it away and thumping with a wooden spoon. Plus it's less of a mess and you don't lose any juice because none of the kernels are cut :) There are different varietie...
