I've been looking into an IUD. Most doctors will not put one in unless you have had a child vaginally. I would totally look into it though, as it is an potion.
I too am having great (and natural) experiences with FAM. Just wrote about it on another thread and thought I'd add it here as well. The resource I'm using is "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler - it's fantastic!
