And that's about it.... guys like paul nison will say things like cherries, grapes ect are "low sugar fruits" But they are just really lower??? after doing this a few months i've come to realize fruit isn't the sugar devil everyone plays it out to be....Even bananas aren't that high in sugar.... I mean dates are the only thing i really consider"high sugar".......Check out what Tim Van Orden did when his candida flared up last year....it wasn't sugar it was fat...excessive avos...all those heavy nut dishes, and oils....He cured himself by going back to fruit, salads and smoothies that's all he ate.

See that tim knows, Parasites, candida ect, WILL feed on sugar i know this but, Fat is what makes disease and parasites grow...google fat and diabetes or high fat diabetes....

I just got a new sampler box from The Date People. These are the most amazing dates I've ever tasted!

the thought of not brushing my teeth,i find repulsive...after so many teeth issues when i was a kid,up until i went low fat raw..im super diligent on the flossing and the gentle brushing....my gums dont bleed anymore either Debbie...
yeh,they totally rely on their natural instincts,something i am trying to get a firm grasp on in my own life...trusting my instincts and living my life this way,has worked so far :)
