- I became a vegan over a year ago after reading skinny bitch! love It!
I am a full time student... trying to figure out how exactly I am going to combine my two passions of teaching and nutrition. There are so many options! I am a teacher @ Peace Through Play Nursery School ( A Preschool with Consciousness). My Director is a raw foodie... I have learned so much from him.
- How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
- I have been a vegan for the past year, I love the energy that have when eating raw... finding the time to prepare is the killer for me as a full time student and working full time.
