Yeah really that was just my negative response to Arnold Ehret's book from an emotional standpoint. I just found it lacking in completion. There's good logic in it though.

I think drinking through a straw helps. We buy those glass ones at Julianos Raw Restaurant and love them!

Our manna....our bread....Like drinking liquid sunshine! Sometimes I'll eat something else, then have a glass of orange juice and say to myself "wow, I could have just had the orange juice!" -- Its the best!

We know the holiday season can be busy, with lots of parties and gatherings. Most of these events serve up sugary, artificial, and/or unhealthy foods making it especially hard to stay with a raw or vegan diet.
So, come and celebrate the holidays ...
wonderful. Trader Joe's has good prices too. And they are only a few blocks away from me so this is great.
I certainly believe you. I have just only seen them steamed or boiled at TJs so this is especially exciting to me that they have nice bags of raw ones to buy.
