I have been a vegetarian for several years. After becoming more consious of what I put into my body, and also from the incouragement of a friend I have decided to go RAW. I have only been at it for a short while, but I feel great!

so, so true (on the happiness tip.) ;) ...and did you know that Winnie the Pooh was a rawfoodist TOO? ...raw honey was his favorite treat to eat. ;D ...and if only he could have convinced Christopher Robin to stay away from those servings of "bangers and mash" - then maybe he wouldn't have grown up to have heart disease and arthritis! poor, poor Christopher Robin... :-/
Nicole, I would be happy to help. Do you have msn? It might be useful to have a chat on there or on gitmr chatroom at somepoint so we can talk more interuptedly, and I can dedicate a specific amount of time for you atm. Im getting very busy at the moment, lol, so it seems to be more useful to work it out that way if you're willing.
For now I dl like an indication of your current diet and activity levels. Can you be very specific. Lisitng What, when and how much you eat and drink and exercise. For example, rather than saying, fruit or green smoothie, or greens in salad, Say "10 bananas" or "green smoothie with 2 cups kale, 1 head romaine lettuce, 5 sticks celery" etc etc. Approximate times of all these things would be really useful too. Eg. 7am.
Also, could you let me know fo your age, height, weight, activity levels and body fat % if you know it.
In addition, your food preferences, and dislikes, foods you absolutely can and cannot afford to eat? etc etc.
yes that is true .. at least they are ONLY 20 min. away .. my my living in Diamond Bar would be more painful ... :)) Cru, Euphoria, RAW, Au Lac, Leaf, Good Mood Food, The Greenery and the markets and the F/M ... I must say the F/M in Whittier is doing very well these days .... where do you like to party ?? Karma Free God

Hey Nicole, I would have to say my favorite spot would have to be Julianos down in Santa Monica. I have never been to the Cru, I should make a trip there soon. I am assuming the Cru is your favorite spot?

At least you have some raw resteraunts to go to. We've got 2 in UK and they're both in London!
YUM! That looks sooooo good, I love sushi so much but haven't had it years, since I don't get the conventional stuff anymore ( I call them mercury rolls) and I'm too lazy to make something like this.....will you come over and make it for me, pleee...
There is a great fruit wholesaler in town, specializing in Local, organic fruit actually.
All I need is a few people, a car and one willing person to go up there with me at some unholy hour (they close at 9am) once a week and it's beautiful fruit ...
Hey, Great pic! Looks refreshing. Also I love the pics of your sprouted coconuts, they look sooo delicious! I watched the video with you eating a sprouted coconut and boy do I want to try it too!..
