Today I went foraging in the Niendorfer Gehege, a forest area in my hometown. I first thought that it might be too early in the year for most edible wild plants I love, but I managed to find a whole bunch of dandelion, sorrel and young nettles (these are for the green smoothie I'm planning on having tomorrow morning).
