Aw, I am sorry to hear about that, raw will get you feeling fly again ;)! If you need any advice then hit me up chick, I will try and help all I can. I struggled for two years to be raw, but recently I went a searched for awnsers, so now I ifnally know how to deal with those bitchy cravings, it's all good xD!

Hi Ngozi! Sorry that I just got your comment....have been absent from this forum for a few weeks. I can tell you that my absolute favorite magazine for strength training is Oxygen. Every single issue is great and has great routines. My training partner and I use one of them each month....we do the same routine for 4 weeks and then change it. This allows the muscles to be "confused" and continue to respond. They have GREAT suggestions. My second (and it is VERY close) is "Hers"...it comes out less often, bimonthly I believe, and is also good stuff. You can work on abs every day, but only work arms 2 to 3 times a week max. I am concentrating on shoulder now, so I do total upper body 2 times a week, and one added session of shoulders only. Next month it will be different though!

Welcome ngozi. you can ask me whatever you like. I was reading what you wrote about your thanksgiving dinner, I'm sorry about the ill effects...I've been there. Usually its nuts make me feel ill and icky inside. I haven't eaten nuts for about 2 months now because of it before it started to bother me I bought tons of nuts and now i can't even look at a cashew

Thanks, that sucks that the cows kick themselves in the gut..like their lives dont suck enough already. Ive never kicked myself in the gut from grains though, never a tummy ache, unless mixed with processed foods. I have a tummy of steel it seems....
