I don't drink wheatgrass for the taste but because it's such a good tonic and detox-helper. I just drink it quickly and get it over with. It's got easier with time but at first I had to have a little treat lined up to have straight afterwards, a d...
Good evening, can anyone recommened some good wheatgrass combinations for juices and/or smoothies? It works OK with apple juice, although wheatgrass itself I've found less palatable.
Would love to try it in different combis that people have - and...
Hey thanks Nubianess.
Is that general smoothies with hemp seeds added, or specificaly hemp smoothies? Do you have any recipes - I'd love to give those a try.
Hemp smoothies are very filling. They also contain fats which will tide you over for a while and stop you getting hungry as quickly as with just fruit. WHen I have a large henp smoothie for breakfast, a banana is all I need for lunch because Im so...
A group for runners to share diet and performance advice. This is specifically geared to marathon and long-distance runners--a unique breed if I do say so myself--who are more focused on endurance rather than 'bulking up.'

For breakfast - why not try a spoonful of raw nut butter mixed with a spoonful of honey and a spoonful of spirulina? It is very energy dense but not taxing on the digestive system. Tastes good, too.
Hi there. Are you on the raw pot luck mailing list? I see you are friends with Kyle of Manna. Give me your e details if you want me to put you on the pot luck list. There is a thriving group in Brighton.
We have a festival coming up in august - go to Space of Love at http://www.facebook.com/l/ or www.spaceoflove.co.uk

Hi Neil, I'm new to raw food, been doing it (sort of) for 3 months with quite a few amazing results.
It'd be great to get a community going in brighton, or maybe there is one.
I'm going to be talking about using the internet as a global platform to foster collaboration and further professional engagement & education in the world of osteopathy! It's going to rock! It's a shame you can't make it. I don't know if the talks are been recorded (I hope so), I'll let you know.
No plans at the moment to do courses this summer. I'm hoping to get out of London!
Good luck with your exams, I'm sure you'll do great. I find a green smoothie before works wonders.
Perhaps in person! Are you going to the Osteopathy 08 conference? I'm presenting on day 3. Things are good at the BSO.. lots of exams coming up .. gahh.
I've started this group in order to find and link with people who eat raw food in and around London too. We can share ideas and books, meet up for potlucks and even go out for meals together
