A friend from work suggested I watch an interview that Oprah had with Jon Kabat-Zinn and the interview was awesome. During their conversation, the following poem was mentioned and all I can say is, “Wow”.
Very simple, yet profound. Enjoy. :)

A friend emailed the following story to me today. This is the tweaked version. Enjoy. :)
Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl "Will you marry me?"

i am doing fine-i am eating more fat than i had been, which is feeling fine. I want to lose some more weight, so this week is my 'experiment'. I am going to eat avos and nuts reasonably but not restrictively and see if i keep losing. Right now i am eating some delicious raw spinach soup...yummo. Spinach, pine nuts, hot pepper, and cucumbers :)
Thanks a lot for becoming my first "girl-friend"! :)
Feel a lot with you on the weight issue. I always had the weirdest motives for trying to lose weight - & it never worked out. Now as my focus has shifted I'm being transformed by higher powers without any struggles.
Loving others starts with loving ourselves.
Love you!
