- richard, d'you mean Jericho? well he seems to have disappeared. Can't find any trace of him anywhere. Last time we spoke he was here in the uk and we were planning on meeting up. I made some comment to him about how I could just see him walking into the jungle and never coming out again, and he replied, 'you don't know how right you are.' and that's basically the last I heard from him. Am not worried, he is one guy who knows how to take care of himself. I reckon he just needs a bit of time to himself, am sure he'l resurface soon enuf.

I have done a 40 day water fast before. So I guess for some people it miight be dangerous but it works for me. I do better on water then juice fasting.

Lots of protein will only make you pee proteins ;) Expensive for you and puts a strain on your kidneys.
