I am 811r these days..but used to do a lots of gourmet raw foods in Southern Cali..I love the fresh whole fruit picked from the tree or from the farmers the best!! :)

Thank you! Yes, the little one is high raw. He's 90% most days on account of his father pushing some "normal" things like toasted granola and steamed peas on him. Nothing I'll complain about though! He's also still nursing, so he gets a raw transf...

wow! amazing. out of curiousity, did you feel that you needed to raw-detox for a number of years before going on a water fast over 7 days?

You're absolutely right; sodium is not the problem, but sodium chloride, and inorganic mineral salt which always causes water retention and raises blood pressure. We don't need any of that.
Doesn't holding your breath kill brain cell?
