MeredithB said… - Hi Myra- Well unfortunately the places to eat raw- or even vegetarian for that matter are VERY slim in Napa- There is a new great vegetarian restaurant that you must go to though- Ubuntu- its fantastic and while not raw- has great vegan options and their own biodynamic gardens- its very cool!

I was doing Hatha Yoga, that involves asanas, prayanama, bandha and mudras.
Apart from yoga we were taught Anatomy, Psychology, Philosophy etc., so that the students of this course could teach yoga and take it as a profession later.

i happened to do some yoga asanas today and had some raw recipes that my mom made for me

I had a green juice (Celery, Cilantro, Parsley, Apple, Ginger, Fennel, Chard)
And a massive salad with wild caught sardine.
Coconut leek cilantro and lime soup
Might have a coconut kefir smoothie in a hour or two

I distinctly remember feeling the exact way. I had the Nesco dehydrator before, and it stunk (it didn't work well). LOL The Nesco dehydrator is made in a circular shape and it would take doubly long to dehydrate, and food was often very moist/chew...
I think the green is more "leafy" tasting (which I don't mind) but doesn't have the same long-lasting aftertase that the white does. I love the Wisdom of the Ancients green stevia liquid. I've finally made friends with stevia, LOL! I get it from V...
