Yep, people who follow the 80/10/10 Diet eat fruit during the day and a large salad for dinner. The 80/10/10 Diet calls for MORE GREENS than any other nutritional program on the planet (2-6% of calories coming from greens). So, yes there is an emphasis on fruit but there also is a major emphasis on greens.
The ratio you describe below is close to being accurate. Technically, it is a MINIMUM of 80% of calories coming from carbohydrates and a MAXIMUM of 10% of calories coming from protein and fat respectively.
Almost all of the information written about the 80/10/10 Diet is not accurate. That is why I highly suggest people read the book.
People having any blood sugar/insulin problems (excluding type 1 diabetes) usually see those problems go away within weeks of following the program because they are caused by excess fat in the diet. If you chose to give it a shot, I would be more than happy to walk you through it.

lol i didn't mean, btw, that worshipping Jesus is not good :) i more meant that, in my opinion, it's his message that should be worshipped and not the unique-being. grand appreciation, though :)
