Hi Mia,
Not sure if I had gotten back to you. If I didn't, I deeply apologize...life has gotten a bit crazy. I didn't go to the School of Integrative Nutrition. I know some people who have and weren't so thrilled but I don't know from any personal experience. Let me know if you decide to go :) I"m interested to hear your feedback!
Look forward to hearing from you,
Audra

Wow. Very impressed with your dedication to yoga. It is the one area that I feel I am lacking. Your energy is beautiful!! (geez, did that sound hippie or what?) That's so cool that went to India after reading that book. I read it too and was drawn to Bali and India both. Sooooo amazing. I wish I lived in NY so I could go to your yoga class!
Good luck on your marathon training. You're an inspiration!
I'm good with the raw thing... but the yoga thing.... definitely need to go there.

Well well... New york? My, that would certainly be an interesting place to call home. I'm from small town Wyoming... wide open spaces and lots and lots of sheep.
Ann Wigmore Invented the raw lifestyle, so if you're looking to learn from the source, I would hit her institute up. I can give you information on it once I'm at the school... I'm doing a working internship, and will send you all the information you want! :) Hee hee, raw recruit! ;)
My advice to you is to stick to the slow approach. Adding one raw meal in a day and slowly building up. I always make my "staple" foods in bulk...Most people stick to things a lot better when they plan ahead!
I am dipping my toes into this new Raw World and looking for like minded foodies/yogis/runners to chat with about this whole new world I am falling in love with.
What I do know to be true is I feel rocken each and every time I eat Raw and would love that feeling more and more!
I am forever a student of Yoga and am currently enrolled in an advanced teacher training program with Alan Finger of Ishta Yoga.....teaching has become my service.
I was born in the midwest, have lived in NYC for 10 years now and am craving to move to the waterfront or the mountains...anywhere with clean air and big bright stars at night. I have lived the nyc lifestyle and am in need of some R and R.
Looking for more knowledge, love and laughter at all times!
Considering studying at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition here in nyc, if anyone has been thru the program or thinking about it as well....would love to chat!
Im not 100% raw, but would love to someday make that transition in a healthy and supported way.

Hey Nicolas,
I literally have the same thing going on with my lips from pineapple. I ate it more than 2 weeks ago, and food was really interfering with it's healing, and it made it worse bc it would rub against the cuts. I decided to fast for two ...
You have to do what is right for you. I have been eating at leat 50 percent raw since january 2008. I used to go up to 98% but now I'm just trying to make the best choices every day instead of being 99% one day and then the next 40%. There is alwa...
