Profile Information

About Me:
I am a mother, wife and vocalist. Recently started going raw,,
I´m part English and part Danish. My husband is Australian our two daugters were born in Sydney, where we lived for 6 years. For the last 7 years I have been in Denmark where I have been a vocal coach as well as a school teacher.
I used to be a proffessional singer and recently I quit my teaching job to persue the singing again.
First step is to become a 100% raw!! I believe it´s the right thing and I am currently weening my self off the last "cooked food sins". Even though it seems a little up hill here at the start of my journey,
I sense everything is going to work out well because of these decisions.
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)

I want to juice for a month or so,,to fast track the whole process,,any body with great juice fast/feast testimonies?

I've never done a marathon fast before either! The longest was 2 weeks. I am not sure about the oil. I have been reading a lot about all the concerns about protein and oil while fasting just not really being as important as normally thought. My plan is to just listen to my body and go with the flow. There were times in the past while juice fasting that I got to the point where I felt like I could just have water but I made myself drink juice. This time I'm just going to feel it out. I had some miso broth tonight and it completely satisfied the craving for "dinner". I'm intending for an awesome start to your fast tomorrow! Just remember you're not alone :)

He's still my hero, but I heard the guy was tyrannical and cruel to his family and co-workers. Marlon Brando talked about what a douchebag he was in his book; still though, comic genius.

Rome was AWESOME, another fantastic HBO series. True Blood is also pretty cool, but I read the books so it's bittersweet for me. Did anyone else catch Carnivale? That was really well done as well.
