I have seen the same thing growing on wheatgrass. I believe it is a type of mold. I read when sprouting sunflower seeds, you have to make sure you rinse out all the skins that come off of the seeds or you will have problems.

That is the best Mike let your intuition, feelings, body, health guide you! What feels right and feels good! Too many people assume the wrong things about raw or assume that it has to be 100% it does not...I tell people to have fun with it and you will be naturally attracted to the right amount, it is supposed to be enjoyable and it is about the benefits! If you transition or feel that you need to be more RAW you will be naturally and in a fun way! Gabriel talks about giving yourself 1 year to fully transition into it, I did just naturally by myself 10 years ago I gave myself 1 year and went more and more raw it was the best!

Gabriel Cousens MD considered to be one of the #1 Experts in RAW and he is a doctor/MD wrote and researched that for most people 80% Raw Organic and 20% Organic lightly cooked food is the most optimal for most people, I agree with that! I shift from 100% Raw to 90% to 95% to 85% to 80% and back and forth for example!
