I have used Clinique, Estee Lauder, Dr. Haushka, Aveda, my own concoctions (given up all) and something I'm really loving from Whole Foods! It's French and lovely! I've given up on my daily homemade routine, as my face got entirely too dry and was...

There are amazing recipes using cacao butter or shea butter or coconut oil along with your favorite essential oils. They're easy enough that my young daughters are into them.
Are you keeping a journal of your fast? I think I'll try to jot down: when I'm hungry, what I want to eat, how long it takes for that feeling to subside... I think it'll show me when I'm eating for reasons other than nourishing my body.

We're living in Old Town Fort Collins while my husband pursues an MBA/DVM. We have two daughters (Isabella, 9, and Juliette, 4). I've been at home for ten years--when I'm not traveling or studying. I grew up in the Ozarks where lots of wild food grows: persimmons, cherries, plums, black walnuts, blackberries, strawberries, gooseberries. We still have lovely property there that we'd like to use in an uplifting way. I earned a degree in Early Childhood Education from Mizzou. (I love Montessori and Free School and giving children opportunities to express themselves.) I've been distributing Nikken products since 2000. I became a Reiki Master in 2006. I've been a vegetarian for 8 years with long stretches of veganism. I just made the transition to living food in December.

lol i didn't mean, btw, that worshipping Jesus is not good :) i more meant that, in my opinion, it's his message that should be worshipped and not the unique-being. grand appreciation, though :)
