Please excuse me being gross, but it's part of my reply to your thinking. I cam off the pill after 5 years of being on it and have spoken to a few close friends who have done the same, only usually after a longer period of time. All of us had lots...
Well my smoking, meat eating husband just impregnated me with that 'shit' and I'm not worried that I'm giving birth to an alien!!
Diet is really important, but not the be all and end all of life.
Hello increasingly raw food eater, Boingy junior teacher, wife and mum of Teyha aged 2, searching for committed or inspiring raw food eaters in the Hampshire vacinity, just to feel a geographical connection that someone nearby to me might also be ...
Hello. I'm trying to move to 100 % raw, but my lovely but diary swigging, meat chomping, white bread munching husband is not exactky thrilled to say teh least. Therefore I was very pleased when i saw this group. Hello
Am on my journey into raw food. I am married with a gorgeous little girl. I am the SENCO at a friendly Hampshire junior school.
I have always been interested in nutrition having a library of books that contradict each other, becoming diabetic sharpened that focus and since going on insulin I have become overweight for the first time, so it is essential that I acheive my goal of being at least 90% raw.
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
Moral support and transition advice. my husband loves me, but does not like raw food at all. Although there is loads of information and stories to read out their about people its not teh same as talking to people who can talk back to you.

Hope this email finds you well and happy. At the moment I m trying to juice as much as possible. One of my best is Spinach, Kale, apples, pineapple and a touch of lime. I got great inspiration from Jason Vale, The juice Master. I m going to his seminar in June. At the moment, I m not really constant with my diet, I m a bit up and down. Somedays it is very raw and some days it is far to be raw. But I will keep on trying my best as I know raw is the key to a good health and I feel so much better when i eat raw food.
I m got some lovely book on natural pregnancy and birth, let me know if you are interested I could send you some. Have you thought of doing some relaxation, hypnosis during pregnancy to prepare for your baby's birth?
Hope to speak to you very soooooooooon
Love
Annie
Hi, Michelle -- You asked me days ago about cillantro. (Sorry for the delay.) Cillantro is also called coriander or Italian parsley. It's used as a herb since it's quite tasty and spicy, but I think of it as a green vegetable since nutritionally it has all the good stuff that leafy greens do. I like reading your info, by the way. We have a lot in common. And I lived in England when I was eighteen: it will always be my "other" home.
I have been to few conferences in London: Brian Clement, raw festival and also Peter Pure. I also went to Karen Knowler one day intro to raw food.
Which conference are you attending in June?
I have just got off the internet the 30 days programme from Angela Stokes and it seems brilliant.
How are you doing in your raw journey?
speak soon

Just came back from the city with family. Went to the Tate. Walked along the embankment. Had lunch on a boat. Salad and pumpkin soup with french bread.
Go to church every Saturday. I am a sabbath keeper. Seventh Day Adventist. So glad for the holidays...working on my project at the moment and loving it. I want to be rich...no harm in that I guess, especially when you can help others.
Take care
I have tried a recipe from 'The Raw Food Coach' Karen Knowler which was chocolate milk, which is yummy! I have it whenever I feel like chocolate. There is a video on you tube of how to make it which is where I got it from.
Not tried anything in Naked Chocolate yet, I think I will start with the easy things first then work up, I would love to make a proper raw cake someday!
How is your journey going so far? I have been high raw for about 5 months now and I have lost a stone already without even really trying :-)
