Michelle, I'm interested in wheatgrass and sunflower sprouts. I run the Soma Center in Lake Worth. Be sure to pop-in sometime and tell me more about it. Your director (Dr. Clement) is speaking at our center in the New Year. It would be great to arrange a couple other speakers as well: please come on by and we can chat about it. Ask for Rich!
Michelle,
You would find green ones at your Farmer's Market. I found em in Tampa. I never called Josh, but I have more trips planned. Was loving it down there.
Hi Michelle, thanks for reading my article. I'm glad it was helpful!
BTW, I am also from Ft. Lauderdale. I've been living in Orlando for 2 years. I miss SoFlo, especially the beach! We visit about once a month or so but it just isn't the same. My hubs & I have talked about moving back, so there's always possibilities!
So I bought my plane tickets, registered for RSF and have my Radisson room. I got the final answer from ShannonMarie. She can't go. Are you still looking for a place to stay? :)
Those French, man. They've got their heads out of their asses. Thanks for the ups, and for getting the video more attentiong. Why do they want to hurt us? And please PLEASE drink a green coconut for me.

Health Educator from Hippocrates Health Institute which means I assist people in making the transition from a SAD diet to a raw diet. I grow and sell wheatgrass and sunflower sprouts. I teach raw food classes to individuals that just want to add several live, healthy dishes to their diet to individuals that are 50%-80% raw. I massage my clients and teach them the benefits of dry brushing and healthy eating.
I also started a Raw Potluck which will begin on April 20th.

You can always ask a produce dept. employee at Whole Foods to cut one open so you can try it before you waste your money. It's store policy to let people sample things:)
