- About Me:
- Health Educator from Hippocrates Health Institute which means I assist people in making the transition from a SAD diet to a raw diet. I grow and sell wheatgrass and sunflower sprouts. I teach raw food classes to individuals that just want to add several live, healthy dishes to their diet to individuals that are 50%-80% raw. I massage my clients and teach them the benefits of dry brushing and healthy eating.
I also started a Raw Potluck which will begin on April 20th.

- I thoroughly enjoy trading ideas and suggestions. I also enjoy coming to this site on days I am having a tough time whether it be emotionally or spiritually because I have always found the support I desire,

I lost my ear candling virginity last week, lol. My friend and I didn't have any problems, just really relaxing. So do it with a friend so someone can watch the flame. have fun :)

I've met some hit chix on GITMR. Not satisfying in the least. Just the opposite. Most communication is self-defeating, accomplishes nothing. I would love it if people would leave me alone when I'm out and about. Anybody else?

also, a dr. friend told me that some of the waxy stuff can drip into your ear and do permanent damage. it does feel great, but i don't do it any longer. i've actually fallen asleep while having it done. =/

You would find green ones at your Farmer's Market. I found em in Tampa. I never called Josh, but I have more trips planned. Was loving it down there.
BTW, I am also from Ft. Lauderdale. I've been living in Orlando for 2 years. I miss SoFlo, especially the beach! We visit about once a month or so but it just isn't the same. My hubs & I have talked about moving back, so there's always possibilities!
