- About Me:
- Curious, passionate, insightful, open, generous, charismatic....Raised in the midwest, educated in DC (Georgetown), and currently living in NYC, I was previously a serious foodie and wine aficionado before embarking on my journey towards optimal health. I have struggled with psoriasis for most of my life and was inspired to search deeper for holistic solutions after getting completely fed up with Western medicine and their disregard for addressing the root cause of the affliction. I have learned more than I ever could've imagined- not only about my health, but about my inner self and true essence as well....afterall- as we all come to discover- it's not just about the food : )
I love the clarity that living raw offers and love connecting with the fabulous community of people who share in this journey. Look forward to juice feasting in the very near future and to trying out all of the fabulous raw recipes out there (I was an avid cook and baker in my cooked food days and almost started my own gourmet cookie company).... I feel blessed to be on this path and look forward to seeing where it takes me!

i know how you feel about warm weather- it calls to me like a siren song most often and expecially after the holidays here- i've had about enough of cold by then! i'm happiest twirling around in flip flops and a summer skirt. ;)
Jewelry is amazing, which is why i came back east- my studio is here and i have a show and orders to crank for. . . i'm also doing some editing and freelance writing which I love. . . and always looking for more projects (i like to be going in a million wonderful directions at once and as long as i can keep them stress-free, i'm a happy girl!). . . if you ever want a travel partner, look me up!
