HI Michele well there are a lot of ways to do it...I think it is different for most people, a lot depends on where you live, your health, goals, age, city, weather, what benefits you want, access to raw organic foods etc. Not everyone will do it the same but what I do recommend to EVERYONE is read Conscious Eating and also The Rainbow Green Live Food Cuisine 2 MUST READS both by Gabriel Cousens MD if you read both of those you will know 100% EVERYTHING and the best way to do RAW for yourself, according to your body type, blood type, age, etc. etc. etc....should be required reading and is VERY IMPORTANT! ALL my recipes are based on those 2 books and they are scientific, medical and spiritual from the best expert Gabriel Cousens MD is the #1 RAW EXPERT and DOCTOR in the World in my opinion and many others including Woody Harrelson. In his books and research and after treating and curing THOUSANDS of patients of everything he discovered: that for most people 80% RAW is most optimal, also give yourself 1 year to FULLY TRANSITION, at first do it slowly, just enjoy RAW as much as you can and want don't worry about percentages or going 100% you don't have to go 100% like everyone thinks or likes to think...I have seen 100% RAW Foodists that did it wrong, rotted all their teeth, looked terrible and aged rapidly because there are some things to do and some things not to do, some things to eat and some to avoid completely! There is too much info...but if you do want to go 100% RAW and ACTUALLY DID RESEARCH AND KNOW how to do it then yes I have seen 100% RAW people glow and be amazing, I did it for 2 years but I did all the reading and research and according to my body type and everything that is how you see me with muscles and all...but again I have been doing RAW for 12+ years so I have fully transitioned long long ago...but give yourself 1 year, do it slowly, enjoy it, your body and mind and spirit will guide you to the right amount of RAW but READ THOSE 2 BOOKS then message me! I am here to help!
You have to do what is right for you. I have been eating at leat 50 percent raw since january 2008. I used to go up to 98% but now I'm just trying to make the best choices every day instead of being 99% one day and then the next 40%. There is alwa...

The tribes are gathering.. Do you want to live in a more human model of society. It has long been an idea of mine to begin a Permaculture based community, however I am reminded that community is about sharing with others, not doing it all yourself!
