Awesome Universe, Good teeth need calcium and other minerals. Greens provide these. Strict fruitarians don't always eat greens. Also, nuts are really high in phosphorus. So is meat and grains. We ...

Wise words, Loren, so true. We need to stay balanced, though, no SARS medical face masks for me. :)

Doesn't bother me either. She says she gets her clothes dry-cleaned, but so do I. :) We live in a polluted world, but food is THE biggest, IMO.

What's going on inside of a person's body who hasn't fasted, specifically, that makes fruit hard for them to digest? Is it the cholesterol? Are they insulin resistant?
Who dyes their hair--Karyn or Roe? Or both? LOL

I have had the privilege of eating an awful lot of fancy, gourmet raw desserts. This dish is still one of my all-time favorites.
I was thinking about getting it because it is supposed to prevent cancer and possibly cure cancer.
