Yesterday I went to a celiac awareness night at St. Barnabus Hospital. They had a bunch of gluten free food that I wasn't interested in. I actually interned for Natalia about a year ago in NYC for a semester and learned ALOT, however being out in the midwest away from a raw community or support system has been really hard. I've learned that unless I do 100% raw/vegan I slip-up. I d/l the detox for women audio, but I am so excited to buy the book!

That's hilareous. My husband looks at the sun to make himself sneeze. There's some weird phenomena that 10% of the population has that looking at the sun makes them sneeze.

celery is hugely important in my diet,as i dont add salt to anything..when i do have the occasional piece of sunbread or raw chocolate which contains salt,i reallllly feel it quite negatively....
