Hello! I'm not sure if I replied to this comment - but yes, let me know if you're in boston too!
california sounds so nice...i went last spring and decided i want to move there some day...do you get to be outside constantly? would LOVE that.
Right now I'm trying to get back into running. This summer was awful for fitness because of work...and I feel like I'm turning into a blob. x_x A good friend of mine and i are doing a 90 day challenge where we're trying to get good habits instilled...will let you know how it goes!
hope everything is lovely! thanks for staying in touch =)
Coo pics Mike! Thanks for replying to my hiking question. You were so right it was pretty mild but it was my first and I'm not in the best shape after the long cold Pennsylvania winter. We just did the saddle as it was a bit wet from the rain and slippery. Yesterday we went to Saguaro Lake and hiked there. Today we went up to Canyon Lake but just did touristy things like Tortilla Flats and Goldfields Mines. Simply beautiful! Are you from AZ?
Hey!
It's HOT HOT HOT here! Sorry I didn't e-mail you back yet; I have been super-busy, plus I didn't really have much to say besides "hi" LOL. So, HI!
I'm doing my fruitarian experiment, and I couldn't have chosen better weather for it!

hey co-op sounds awesome! so it is basically like a farmers market, right?... it's nice that most everything is at least pesticide free... and it's local... sounds even better than an organic grocery to me.
That sucks that you have no raw cohorts out there... there's no meet-up or anything like that out there? I'm kind of in the same situation age-wise... I know some people who are curious but not really interested in applying the concept.
I think it's awesome that you are doing your own thing... that's deffinately the best way to lead by example... not being afraid to do what you know is right, despite being "alone".. very cool :)
typical Kubrick... that's what I thought. yep, you deffinately have to be in just the right mood for his comedy... we've had our fair share of up's and down's.
what's co-op like? I've never gotten into one. it certainly sounds better than nothing though.
There is a rawfood restaurant about thirty minutes from where I live that hosts a meet-up about once every month, but most are part of an entirely different generation... if you get my drift.
No real raw foodies my age.
most of my friends are in their 30's and 40's anyway... so it's no big deal.
hey another north-Floridian rawfoodist! I have to say we are a rare kind... at least where I come from.
Yea the quiet observer... idk where it comes from.. curiosity, intrigue.... i guess it is just the intricacy of the human fabric... peoples differences, however miniscule they may be, are what strike the interest.
so, how are you?... lol :p
raw sax huh?... sounds interesting.
i'm guessing from your quote that dr. strangelove is a good rent ... I've been eyeing it for a long time, but have yet to give it a chance. what is it about exactly?
10 day residential retreats, swimming with wild, free, playful dolphins in crystal clear, turquoise water on the magical island of Bimini, Bahamas. Raw Gourmet Vegan Organic Food, lovingly prepared. Daily Yoga by the beach. Luxury accommodations, ...
Yeah really that was just my negative response to Arnold Ehret's book from an emotional standpoint. I just found it lacking in completion. There's good logic in it though.
First there'sDr . J. Tilden's book on the cause of disease. Toxemia Explai...
The dates for 2010 are now on the website. Last year no one wanted to leave the island, so this year we are doing 10 day retreats!!

What other book can you recommend Angus?...staying with those kinda ideas, living in alignment with nature, natural hygiene, fruit diets, fasting (or anyone else :).
You know, I'm aware that we made some groundbreaking discoveries in recent years ...
I'm not going to comment on climate change. But i will comment on carbon trading. Because they can produce such a consciousness of fear out of global warming - they are able to manipulate markets much more severely - and they seem to get away with...

I've started this group in order to find and link with people who eat raw food in and around London too. We can share ideas and books, meet up for potlucks and even go out for meals together
