A group for people that compete and train in any sport on a completely raw diet.
I recommend energy healing you can go on line to Barbara Brennan school of healing put in where you live and up comes a group of names and numbers for you to call healers. I would do all that people are saying and it will add to the quality of you...
So glad you are taking the time to get to know yourself . I have found in the alone time that I get to focus on knowing myself better and when you know yourself better you grow in confidence and enjoyment.
The plantains would be good in the dehydrator too! like chips will try both ways thanks working on cookbook maybe you want to share your recipes for it I am a photographer and I am doing this with my kids on a page on facebook to share the life st...

I had a kale salad (an entire bunch's worth), a green smoothie that filled the entire Vitamix, and a slice of raw raspberry cake that I got from Rockin Raw, a restaurant here in NYC. I wanted to make a green juice but I didn't have the time.

food combining well is super important Callie...
maybe leave having any raw fats til your evening meal and only have one raw fat at a time,and dont combine it with any fruit...
fruits and greens together go beautifully...
however banana and avo...

Here's what I had:
Green Juice (cucmber, kale, celery, lemon, green apple)
2 apples
banana
lots of carrots
humongeous salad with raw dressing
2 soy/gluten free veggie buegers--cooked :...
if i was gonna fast,i would be heading to Tanglewood,pronto ;)
to be fair when I think about it I do sneak up on them when they are sleeping too so perhaps I should keep my moyth shut
I've never even heard of B17. That's wild. I wonder what other vitamins are out there that I don't know exist.

i add in heaps of greens Erin...and protein powder when i feel i 'need' it...i was having it daily now im not drawn to it at all...just going with the flow....great how we can share our different experiences hey?
