- Hello , How are you ? Great genetics you have achieved ! ... By removing the Sulfuric , Acetic and Nitric acid and other cementing compounds , from our diet is one thing ( distilled vinegars are acetic acid , acid rain or volcanoes or pollution into the air and then causing the so called acid rain , Nitric acids or Nitrosamines in ALL of the petroleum and or power making business coal or diesel ) .. ... The BIG QUESTION IS ? I use a super clean alcohol , usually distilled about 5 times ... and the I use an alkaline and acid wash ... that I will go over shortly ... on how i make the solutions and use them ... its not the alcohol that open the pours and such it is the components of which we put into the alcohol that helps wipe away the HARD COATING ( that is usually made of up of MICROBE feces or POOP ! Closing of the pours gives rise to an acidic system ... which is the terrain for the yeast mold and fungus that most of us are infested with ... I like working with people that are already on the path .. because they are so much easier to teach,share learn investigate and ignite others , when we all find out that pretty everything that we do is SUB OPTIMAL ... or not efficient , easy or economic ...in our ways ...
I have also used these specific dissolvers in other alchemical potions ... internally and externally ...

I bought a cheap Oster 16 speed blender (like $25) about a year ago and it does magic. Sort of small, but blends everything I need and leaves my green smoothies smoooooth. Even blends whole nuts =] Oh yeah!

My food processor burnt out and I'm considering getting the Magic Bullet as a replacement. Can it also make things like date/nut bars as well as smoothies? Do cheap blenders work well at making daily green smoothies?
