I have been raw since Feb 2008 and it was the best decision I ever made. I love how amazing I feel. The health and energy imparted to me by living this lifestyle is incredible. I have never felt so good in my life. Seriously.
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
I think I've been doing this long enough ( though still learning ) to offer advice to new people as well as support and encouragement. I often have questions still, though I have mostly settled into finding out through experimentation what works best for me. I continue to read every day about the subject of food and nutrition. Education and unlearning our previous programming is the key to success I think.
